观察白色念珠菌肠腔内定植后局部调节因子表达变化。方法 采用无特殊病原菌小鼠定植白色念珠菌 ,分别于定植后 3 d,7d,14d活杀 ,观察如下指标 :盲肠内白色念珠菌总数 ;潘氏结 (PP)中斑点杂交观测 IL -4,IL - 6表达变化 ;通过原位杂交反映固有层中 (L P) IL - 6表达变化 ;EL ISA测定肠匀浆中 IL - 6水平。结果 白色念珠菌总数以定植 3 d,7d较高 ,14d则明显下降 ;PP中 IL - 4表达以定植 14d最高 ;L P中 IL - 6阳性细胞数增加以定植 7d最高。结论 肠内白色念珠菌定植能引起局部 IL - 4,IL - 6表达增加。
To observe the changes of local regulatory factors after colonization of Candida albicans. Methods Candida albicans was colonized in mice without special pathogens and killed at 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after planting. The following indexes were observed: total number of Candida albicans in the cecum; IL-4, The expression of IL - 6 in lamina propria was detected by in situ hybridization. The level of IL - 6 in intestinal homogenate was measured by ELISA. Results The total number of Candida albicans colonized for 3 days and 7 days was higher than that on 14th day. The expression of IL - 4 in PP was highest on the 14th day of colonization. The number of IL - 6 positive cells in L P increased for 7 days after planting. Conclusion Enterobacterial Candida albicans colonization can cause local IL - 4, IL - 6 expression increased.
