目的:采用HPLC法测定地喹氯铵含片中的地喹氯铵含量。方法:选用Phenomenex/Luna C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-己烷磺酸钠溶液(pH3.8)(3∶7),进样体积为20μL,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为240nm。结果:地喹氯铵在4.970~14.910μg/mL浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系;精度实验中,地喹氯铵峰面积RSD为0.36%;稳定性实验中,地喹氯铵峰面积RSD为0.70%;重复性实验中,地喹氯铵峰面积RSD为0.99%,均符合要求。结论:采用HPLC法测定地喹氯铵含片中地喹氯铵含量精密度高,能有效分离主峰和干扰峰,且稳定性、重复性及耐用性均较好,可广泛推广和使用。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of dequalquinium chloride in deconochloramine tablets by HPLC. Methods: Phenomenex / Luna C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-hexanesulfonate solution (pH3.8) min, the detection wavelength is 240nm. RESULTS: Dequalinium chloride had a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 4.970-14.910 μg / mL. In the precision experiment, the area RSD of dequiuclonium chloride peak was 0.36%. In the stability test, The area RSD was 0.70%. The repeatability test showed that the area RSD of dequalinium chloride was 0.99%, which met the requirements. CONCLUSION: The determination of quinolium chloride in deconochloram tablets by HPLC is of high precision, which can effectively separate the main peak and the interference peak. The stability, repeatability and durability are good, and can be widely used and widely used.
