根据紫杉的生物学特性,运用常规及非常规无性繁殖手段,较全面地研究了影响紫杉愈伤组织形成及生根的因子。笔者认为,影响紫杉生根主要因子是温度(地温),其次是土壤水份、空气湿度以及母树和插穗年龄、扦插基质等。清水(冰水)和生根粉(ATPI)浸泡穗根对解除其内部单宁等生根抑制物质有一定的作用。在大田苗圃生根率可达98%以上,在林内扦插造林成活率可达90%。
According to the biological characteristics of yew, using conventional and unconventional reproductive means, more comprehensive study of the factors that affect the formation and rooting of the calli.
