通过对10年生落叶松树高调查资料的方差分析,其树高遗传力为0.9左右,对12年生落叶松调查,得知其材积生长家系遗传力为0.87,而单株遗传力为0.3~0.4。因此,落叶松的杂种优势主要是通过合理地选择家系作亲本获得的。各试验组中的最优家系有21.9%~34.8%的增产能力,而家系内不同个体间的差异不显著。鉴于无性系间产种能力的重复力较高及子代生长量与母树结实量之间几乎不存在相关性,因此在各优良家系中选择产种能力和生长率都特别好的单株组建杂种落叶松无性系种子园可以大幅度提高杂种种子园单位面积的种子产量。
Based on the analysis of variance of 10-year-old larch tree survey data, the heritability of tree height was about 0.9. According to the investigation of 12-year-old larch, the heritability of family was 0.87 and the heritability of herbage 0.3 ~ 0.4. Therefore, the larch’s heterosis is mainly obtained through the rational selection of the family as a parent. The best families in each experimental group had 21.9% ~ 34.8% of yield-increasing ability, but there was no significant difference among different individuals in the pedigree. In view of the high repeatability of clonal breeding ability and the almost no correlation between the growth of the progeny and the growth of the parent tree, the selection of hybrids with excellent ability and growth rate in each elite pedigree Larix clonal seed orchard can greatly improve the hybrid seed orchard seed yield per unit area.
