广州市民营经济投资活跃、发展迅速、技术创新能力不断增强,为全市经济的快速发展做出了重要贡献。不可忽视的是,随着国内外环境的变化,广州的民营经济发展面临着一些新的挑战,“四难”问题突出、民营企业竞争力不足、民营经济结构性矛盾亟待解决。新形势广州民营经济发展需有一批龙头企业的牵引,公共平台和集聚经济平台做保障,政府、企业和行业协会共同合作,着力在四个重点环节进行保障和突破。
The private economy in Guangzhou enjoys active investment, rapid development and continuous improvement in technological innovation capability, making an important contribution to the rapid economic development of Guangzhou. Can not be ignored is that with the changes in the environment at home and abroad, Guangzhou’s private economy is facing some new challenges. The problem of “four difficulties” is prominent and the competitiveness of private enterprises is not enough. The structural contradictions in the private economy need to be solved urgently. New situation Guangzhou’s private economy needs a number of leading enterprises to draw traction, public platforms and agglomeration economic platforms to ensure that governments, enterprises and trade associations work together to focus on four key areas for protection and breakthroughs.
