随着工会“两个普遍”工作的强势推进,加速了工会组建率,扩大了工资集体协商覆盖面。但不容乐观的是:在工资集体协商过程中,普遍忽视了将企业工会经费拨缴列入集体合同条款,给基层工会工作的开展造成了一定的负面影响。为探究工会经费及时足额拨缴到位、合理使用的途径,笔者试就“企业工会经费列入集体合同条款”发表几点建议和想法。
With the strong advancement of trade unions and the “two universal” work, the formation rate of trade unions has been accelerated and the coverage of wage collective bargaining has been expanded. However, it is not optimistic that during the process of wage collective bargaining, it is generally overlooked that the inclusion of corporate union funds in collective contract clauses has caused a certain negative impact on the work of grassroots unions. In order to explore the ways in which trade union funds can be allocated in full and on time and in reasonable use, the author attempts to publish a few suggestions and ideas on the inclusion of corporate union funds in the terms of collective contracts.
