热处理研究者一直在寻求“理想”的淬火介质来保证淬火质量,但至今尚未完满解决。热处理的大量实践告诉我们:淬火工件的材质多种多样,它们的形状与尺寸更是千差万别。要对每一种工件找到(配制)“理想”淬火介质是十分困难的。作者试图寻求用化学配制以外的方法来调节某一种淬火介质的冷却特性以适应多种工件淬火的需要。压力与真空调节是其中的一种。
Heat treatment Researchers have been seeking “ideal” quenchable medium to ensure the quality of quenching, but it has not yet been fully resolved. A lot of heat treatment practice tells us: quenching the workpiece material variety, their shape and size is even more varied. It is very difficult to find (formulate) the “ideal” quenchant for each work piece. The author attempts to seek methods other than chemical preparation to adjust the cooling characteristics of a certain quenching medium to meet the needs of a variety of workpiece quenching. Pressure and vacuum regulation is one of them.
