由于许多焊接缺陷的产生都是由于保护不良导致,所以焊接过程中熔池是否能在良好的保护气氛下进行尤为重要。本文将针对激光窄间隙填丝焊接中气体保护对焊接缺陷的影响进行研究。首先,对于保护气体流动状态进行纹影实验观察,以期得到最优的喷嘴流量及适应的保护深度,也为喷嘴的设计提供理论依据。然后,通过对理论及纹影实验的结果分析,对激光窄间隙焊接用气体保护喷嘴进行设计及制作,为后面焊接缺陷的研究提供实验基础。最后,通过实验研究不同保护气体流量对焊接缺陷的影响,得到结论。
Since many weld defects are caused by poor protection, it is particularly important that the weld pool be maintained in a well-protected atmosphere during welding. This article will focus on laser narrow gap filler wire welding gas welding defects on the impact of welding. First of all, for the protective gas flow state of the shadow experiment, in order to get the best nozzle flow and adapt to the depth of protection, but also for the design of the nozzle to provide a theoretical basis. Then, through the analysis of the theoretical and speckle test results, the design and manufacture of the nozzle for laser narrow gap welding gas protection are provided, which will provide the experimental basis for the research of the welding defects in the back. Finally, through the experimental study of different shielding gas flow on the impact of welding defects, to be concluded.
