为了防止无调节库容的渠道式水电站机组甩负荷时渠水漫堤,并满足调节下泄流量的要求,北京市密云水库白河干渠四级水电站试制安装了两台无电源、无人操作的浮箱式水力自动控制弧形闸门。该弧门主要由门叶、浮箱、转筒、平衡配重箱、浮室等组成,依靠浮室内水的浮力自动启闭弧门,并可控制弧门开度和调节下泄流量,维持闸前水位不变。该水力自控弧门投入运行后,自动启闭灵活,符合设计要求,保证了电站的安全、可靠运行。文个还介绍了该弧门设计、制造、安装、运行中存在的一些值得改进的问题。
