溴氰菊酯对棉铃虫药效的室内测定

溴氰菊酯(溴氰苯醚菊酯)是最近发展的一种拟除虫菊酯,其杀虫力高于其他拟除虫菊酯,溴氰菊酯防治棉蚜可克服有机磷农药的抗性。1979年我们做了溴氰菊酯在室内对棉铃虫药效测定,结果如下。一、对棉铃虫幼虫的触杀作用把溴氰菊酯配成1、3、5ppm 3种浓度分别喷在棉铃虫3龄幼虫体上,每处理50头,对照喷清水。24小时后观察,1、3、5ppm处理幼虫死亡率全是100％,对照死亡率6％。这说明溴氰菊酯击倒力强,触杀作用迅速。
