例1(住院号70969)女,56岁。19年来有渐进性怕冷、乏力、活动减少、喜于坐卧取暖。食欲不振,经常便秘,全身浮肿及声音嘶哑等。多年来按慢性肾炎治疗未能奏效。近2月来终日卧床、淡漠嗜睡,5日来意识模糊、口唇发绀。于1982年4月入院。体检:T34℃(肛表)、P52次/分、R12次/分、BP86/50mmHg。轻度昏迷、口唇和指甲明显紫绀。皮肤干燥、中度非凹陷性浮肿。头发枯黄。二侧瞳孔等大,直径约4mm,对光反应迟钝,颈软,甲状腺不肿大,气管居中。心浊音界轻度向左扩大,心率52次/分,心律齐,
