为加大整顿农村后进党支部的力度,年初,我县县委派出了39个县乡联合工作组共156人,进驻9个农村后进党支部进行整顿,已见成效。总结经验,同时分析眼下尚存在的问题,我认为,切实抓好农村后进党支部的整顿工作,要正确处理好8个关系:一、处理好物质扶贫与思想扶贫的关系。后进村多数经济发展缓慢,不在物质上给予必要的支持,自己很难转化。但如果一提整顿后进支部,就单纯地理解为给钱给物,把思想扶贫看成是虚的,没什么用处,整顿就达不到目的。事实证明:思想贫乏必导致物质贫乏,思想落后经济必落后。欲去物质之贫,必先去思想之疾。这次我县整顿后进支部,普遍把思想扶贫放在
