以建立完善的住房金融体系为主题 ,提出住房金融应是多方位、多品种互为补充的金融服务体系 ,这也是住房金融发展的必然要求。分三个部分加以阐述 :( 1 )大力发展消费信贷 ,建立符合中国国情的住宅金融体系。 ( 2 )发达国家住宅金融体系的基本框架。 ( 3)如何建立、完善我国的住宅金融体系。
To establish a sound housing finance system as the theme, proposed that housing finance should be a multi-directional, multi-species complement each other financial service system, which is an inevitable requirement for the development of housing finance. It is divided into three parts: (1) Vigorously develop consumer credit and establish a residential financial system in line with China’s national conditions. (2) The basic framework of residential finance system in developed countries. (3) How to establish and perfect China’s residential financial system.
