φ1150初轧机是现代钢铁企业中的巨型设备。这台机器上的最大铸钢件是主机架(每台两件),机架净重79．5吨,毛重91．5吨,浇冒口重30吨,总重121．5吨。材料CT35л(Ⅱ)最大轮廓尺寸为7100×4340×1800毫米,如图1所示。根据技术条件,主机架须有足够的机械强度:抗拉强度≥50公斤/厘米2,屈服强度≥25公斤/厘米2,延伸率≥15%。铸成的主机架不允许有裂纹、缩松、气孔、渣孔等铸造缺陷。
The φ1150 initial mill is a giant facility in the modern steel industry. The largest steel castings on this machine are the main frames (two pieces each) with a net weight of 79.5 tons, a gross weight of 91.5 tons and a pouring mouth of 30 tons weighing 121.5 tons. Material CT35л (Ⅱ) maximum profile size of 7100 × 4340 × 1800 mm, shown in Figure 1. According to technical conditions, the main frame must have sufficient mechanical strength: tensile strength ≥ 50 kg / cm 2, yield strength ≥ 25 kg / cm 2, elongation ≥ 15%. Cast into the main frame does not allow cracks, shrinkage, porosity, slag holes and other casting defects.
