针对撒拉族地区学前教育资金短缺、严重滞后的现状,本文从撒拉族学前教育的历史沿袭、撒拉族幼儿园发展的制约因素及幼教教师队伍专业化进程中的差距等方面进行了客观的报告和数据详实的分析。展现了撒拉族学前教育取得的成绩,剖析了其所面临的困难和问题。笔者提出了相应的建议,以期为撒拉族地区学前教育建言献策。
In response to the shortage of funds in the pre-school education in the Salar region, the status quo of the shortage of funds for the pre-school education in the Salar region is seriously lagging behind. In this paper, objective reports and data were made on the historical follow-up of the Salar pre-school education, the constraints on the development of the Salar Kindergarten, and the gap in the specialization of preschool teachers. Detailed analysis. Demonstrated the achievements of Salar pre-school education, and analyzed the difficulties and problems it faced. The author put forward the corresponding suggestions, in order to provide suggestions for the pre-school education in the Salar region.
