目的:通过致倦库蚊羽化成蚊雌雄蚊的血淋巴氨基酸的动态研究,探讨蚊氨基酸代谢的一般过程。方法:应用高效液相色谱仪对致倦库蚊不同日龄成蚊的血淋巴游离氨基酸进行检测。结果:1羽化雌雄成蚊,均检出17种游离氨基酸.其中蛋氨酸、赖氨酸的含量在两性间具显著性差异。2吸血后5、12、18天雌蚊分别检出17、20、19种游离氨基酸,不同发育日龄含量较高的氨基酸前5位分别是:第5天:异亮氨酸、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、牛磺酸;第12天:谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、牛磺酸、蛋氨酸、丝氨酸;第18天:天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、鸟氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸。3氨基酸总量以第12天最高。结论:致倦库蚊成蚊的不同发育阶段蚊体内的一些游离氨基酸在种类和量上有明显的差异,部分氨基酸含量与蚊的性别有密切的关系。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the dynamic process of amino acid metabolism in mosquitoes of Culex quinquefasciatus by examining the dynamic changes of hemolymph amino acids in mosquitoes. Methods: The free amino acids in hemolymph of adult mosquitoes of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus at different ages were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: There were 17 kinds of free amino acids in adult and adult mosquitoes, among which methionine and lysine contents were significantly different between the two sexes. 2 Female mosquitoes detected 17,20,19 kinds of free amino acids respectively after 5, 12 and 18 days after blood-sucking. The top 5 amino acids with higher developmental ages were as follows: Day 5: isoleucine, aspartate Day 12: Glutamic acid, Aspartic acid, Taurine, Methionine, Serine; Day 18: Aspartic acid, Serine, Ornithine , Lysine, alanine. The total amount of 3 amino acids was the highest on the 12th day. Conclusion: There are significant differences in some species and amounts of free amino acids in mosquitoes of Culex quinquefasciatus at different developmental stages. Some amino acid contents are closely related to the sex of mosquitoes.
