目前不少企业由于行为短期化,削弱甚至放弃职工教育,针对这种情况,应采取必要而又有力的对策,以保证职工教育得以顺利开展并大力发展。笔者认为,这些对策可以围绕“树、考、定、管、查、评、兑”七个字来考虑。第一,树,即树立对职工教育的正确思想认识。对已担任经理(厂长)的承包、租赁人,要通过各种途径和方式提高他们对职工教育重要性的认识,让他们从思想上首先摆正职工教育与企业经济承包
At present, due to the short-term behavior of many enterprises, weakened or even abandoned the education of workers. In response to this situation, necessary and effective measures should be taken to ensure the smooth development of employee education and to develop vigorously.
