今年七月中旬“太平天国起义百年纪念展览会”在苏南区无锡市展出,成承苏南展出委员会总干事(苏南区文物管理委员会主任)陈榖岑先生暨副总干事何人俊先生之邀请,主持宣教工作。在苏南展出期间,由於各地群众识认提高,重视革命文物之保管与搜集,其中多数群众或将弃而不问之历史文物报请政府收存;或将珍藏在家多年之宝贵文献,慨增政府,其有益于人民革命之研究,实非浅鲜。通过此次展览会,苏南地区发现珍贵文物多件,如常熟“田凭”、吴江“荡凭”,无锡“钱粮执照”“门牌”及弃于龙潭之帝国主义的铁炮,无锡赵景贤铁炮等,均为国内外尚未发现者。此项文物,足资考见有关太平天国之制度,及中外反动派破坏革命之事迹,其价值可以想见。除龙潭洋炮由罗尔纲先生亲自考证外,谨将其余所发现之“田凭”“荡凭”“钱粮执照等珍贵文物,逐一介绍於後,以供学术界之参考。惟限于时间,未能深入研究,阙漏与讹误之处,向乞读者指示。至於新发现之清人笔记原稿本,亦在本刊逐一发表,俾供研究。穗成谨识于无锡苏南文管会五一·九·九
