班组长和安全员是班组安全日活动的组织者。有些班组长和安全员的安全素质较低,往往不能很好地组织班组安全日活动。究其原因,有的是安全意识差,重生产、轻安全,对班组安全日活动不重视,没有认真地组织;有的是安全知识水平不高和管理能力较差,不懂甚至不会组织班组成员开展安全日活动,同时,也不善于调动班组成员参与和搞好班组安全日活动;极少数班组长和安全员缺乏安全责任感,对开展班组安全日活动有抵触情绪,很少组织安全日活动。
