虎杖苷,是虎杖的主要活性成分,又叫白藜芦醇苷,现代药理学研究发现虎杖苷具有抗炎、抗氧化、保护心血管等多种药理活性,近年,虎杖苷在糖尿病治疗方面的报道日渐增多,本文就虎杖苷与白藜芦醇的关系,在调节糖脂代谢,及其在心肾保护中的药理作用及机制研究进行综述,为虎杖苷进一步的研究开发提供了依据。
