由中国海洋湖沼学会召开的全国海洋沉积作用与浅层地层学学术讨论会,于1982年7月3日—8日在青岛市举行。出席会议的有来自中国科学院、国家海洋局、地质矿产部和高等院校等有关部门五十个单位的130名代表。美籍华人、美国联邦地质调查所吴景祯教授应邀参加了会议。这次会议是我国从事海洋沉积与浅层地层学研究工作的专家和科学工作者的第一次聚会,是检阅和交流有关中国海洋沉积作用与浅层地层学研究成果的大会。它标志着中国海洋沉积作用与浅层地层学的研究水平将进入
The National Symposium on Marine Sedimentation and Shallow Stratigraphy convened by the Chinese Society of Marine Lakes and Lakes was held in Qingdao from July 3 to July 8, 1982. Attendees attended the meeting were 130 representatives from 50 units of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Oceanic Administration, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and other institutions of higher learning. American Chinese, Professor Wu Jingzhen of the United States Federal Geological Survey was invited to attend the meeting.
