文章对具有生理活性的抗坏血酸的氧化态、还原态及总量进行了红外光谱法同时测定。研究了抗坏血酸氧化还原反应中红外特征谱峰的变化 ,由此建立了相应的定量分析方法 ,并用标样进行了验证。在选定特征峰处 ,用标准曲线法对人体尿液样品进行了有效测定。实验表明 ,红外光谱法可以比较方便地测出抗坏血酸的氧化程度和总含量 ,较常规化学分析及其它方法更简易、快捷
In this paper, simultaneous determination of the oxidation state, the reduction state and the total amount of physiologically active ascorbic acid were carried out by infrared spectroscopy. The change of infrared characteristic peak in ascorbic acid redox reaction was studied. The corresponding quantitative analysis method was established and validated with standard samples. At the selected characteristic peak, a human body urine sample is effectively measured by a standard curve method. Experiments show that infrared spectroscopy can be more convenient to measure the degree of oxidation of ascorbic acid and the total content, compared with conventional chemical analysis and other methods easier and faster
