1929年底,毛泽东同志为红四(?)第九次党代会起草了著名的《关于纠正党内的错误思想》的决议。决议批评的第一个错误观点是“单纯军事观点”。改革开放以来,思想政治工作曾经几度被淡化和削弱。其中固然有多方面的原因,但就主观认识而言,我认为,单纯经济观点是一个重要原因。同毛泽东同志曾经批评过的单纯军事观点一样,单纯经济观点孤立地看待以经济工作为中心,把经济与政治完全割裂开来,就经济抓经济,从而放弃了我党思想政治工作的优势,忽视了对人的教育,造成了比较严重的后果。针对上述问题,我认为,要克服单纯经济观点,坚持经济与政治的内在统一,应当注意正确把握和理解以下几个问题:
