采用直接掺杂法制备了无机纳米粉体改性亚胺环氧胶黏剂,探讨了纳米粉体的种类和用量对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明:进口Al2O3纳米粉体对胶黏剂的改性效果较好。Al2O3含量在10%左右时室温下的剪切强度达到最大值(约32MPa),提高了约30%;Al2O3含量在14%左右时200℃下的剪切强度达到最大值(18.5MPa),提高了约1.5倍;但引入纳米Al2O3并不能提高胶黏剂的耐热性和耐油性。
