集体备课对教师的成长起到促进的作用,它能促使教师通过相互学习,取长补短,达到不断进步、创新的效果,对提高教学质量起到优化的作用。但在实际开展中,集体备课由于缺乏有效的管理等种种客观因素的影响导致出现流于形式,没发挥其实效性。针对存在的问题,我们应该加强对集体备课的有效管理,加大对集体备课的资金的投放,制定操作性强的、讲求实效的管理制度和措施,完善资源平台的建设,有效地开展集体备课,使集体备课真真正正起到促教学质量,提升个人能力,发挥团队合作意识的作用。
