通过对多种加料方式下以及转炉终点不同工艺参数下MoO3还原效果的比较,在实验室研究了纯铁液对MoO3的还原。结果表明:MoO3能被纯铁液快速还原吸收。在铁液面上先加入粉状MoO3,随后加渣,MoO3在几分钟内即可被还原完毕,钼收得率最高可达96%;所有加料方式下MoO3的终还原率基本都在95%以上。混合加料方式下,在实验研究的范围内,随着温度的升高,渣中FeO含量的降低,(MoO3)的还原速度和终还原率有明显的升高或升高趋势,而碱度对此基本无影响。
The reduction of MoO3 by pure iron liquid was studied in the laboratory by comparing the reduction effects of MoO3 under various feeding methods and different process parameters at the end of the converter. The results show that MoO3 can be quickly reduced and absorbed by pure iron liquid. In the molten iron surface to join powdered MoO3, followed by slag, MoO3 can be reduced within minutes to complete, molybdenum yield up to 96%; all feeding mode MoO3 final reduction rate of 95% the above. Under the mixed feeding mode, with the increase of temperature, the content of FeO in the slag decreased, the reduction rate and the final reduction rate of (MoO3) obviously increased or increased in the range of experimental study, This basically has no effect.
