社会主义精神是基于社会主义思想的社会主义经济伦理的平等、和爱和贡献精神,我国企业存在的劳资矛盾紧张、企业活力不足、创新动力缺乏等现实问题阻碍着企业发展,同时,由于企业内收入分配悬殊造成的内需不足也阻碍着社会经济发展,因此我国企业文化需要社会主义精神。同时,在我国企业文化建设中注入社会主义精神能更好地实现社会主义生产目的。
