锐劲特(regent)是一种中等毒性杀虫剂,其杀虫机制能可是由于与中枢神经系统细胞膜上的γ-GABA受体结合后阻断氯离子通道,破坏了γ-GABA的神经系统抑制作用导致中枢兴奋症状,人过量接触该农药后也可出现抽搐等中枢兴奋症状,并可出现胃肠道症状;目前无特效的锐劲特急性中毒解毒药,只能对症治疗,苯二氮卓艹类和(或)苯巴比妥类药物可拮抗中枢兴奋症状。
