目的探讨检测骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)含量对小儿佝偻病的早期诊断价值。方法 200例有佝偻病早期症状的患儿作为观察组,另选取同期100例无症状患儿作为对照组,检测血清内BALP的含量,再利用佝偻病建议诊断标准对所有患儿进行诊断,将诊断结果与利用BALP诊断的结果比较。结果观察组患儿平均BALP含量和阳性检出率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);BALP诊断佝偻病的灵敏度为94.15%,特异度为50.00%,假阴性率为5.85%,假阳性率为50.00%。结论检测血清骨碱性磷酸酶含量可以对小儿佝偻病的早期诊断有一定的辅助价值,可以在临床中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of rickets in children with detection of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP). Methods 200 cases of children with early symptoms of rickets were used as the observation group. Another 100 cases of asymptomatic children were selected as the control group during the same period. The contents of BALP in the serum were detected, and all the children were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of rickets. Compared with the results of BALP diagnosis. Results The average BALP content and the positive detection rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of BALP in diagnosing rickets were 94.15% and 50.00% respectively, the false negative rate was 5.85%, the false positive rate was 50.00%. Conclusion Detection of serum bone alkaline phosphatase can be helpful for the early diagnosis of pediatric rickets, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
