一、吸取稀释液方法的改进 以前我们作实验时取用稀释液,都是用嘴巴吸取或用橡皮球吸取。用嘴巴吸取时,用力小了稀释液达不到吸管上所取的刻度;用力大了则容易超过刻度,甚至会将稀释液吸入口中。用橡皮球或者把橡皮球固定在吸管口上吸取时,取量也不易掌握。为了快速吸取稀释液,及时而准确地完成实验工作,我们通过长期实践把上述两种方法改进为吸管自取法。其具体操作方法是:在盛稀释液瓶子的口上,覆盖一块比瓶口稍大的海绵。海绵周围翻下,以橡皮筋或细线固定。在瓶口海绵上打2—3个小孔,孔径与吸管粗细
