Fe-12Cr系软磁合金是六十年代出现的新型耐腐蚀软磁材料。本文介绍了四种Fe-12Cr软磁合金的磁性和耐腐蚀性,提出用合金化的方法来减少碳、氮对磁性的恶劣影响,使合金的磁导率和矫顽力得到改善。研究了热处理对合金磁特性的影响。并简要地介绍了Fe-12Cr型耐腐蚀软磁合金的应用。
Fe-12Cr soft magnetic alloy is a new type of corrosion-resistant soft magnetic material appeared in the sixties. In this paper, the magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of four Fe-12Cr soft magnetic alloys are introduced. Alloying methods are proposed to reduce the adverse effect of carbon and nitrogen on the magnetic properties and improve the permeability and coercive force of the alloy. The effect of heat treatment on the magnetic properties of the alloy was investigated. The application of Fe-12Cr corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloy is briefly introduced.
