在经济迅速发展的现在,我国事业单位正在与时俱进,开始各项改革以适应经济发展。但是事业单位的改革依然遇到了各种难题,这是现在所处的环境导致的,也有事业单位自己的原因,其中财务管理是问题多发的一部分。本文就事业单位中财务管理的现状进行分析,从事业单位财务管理中发现的问题出发,提出了急需健全相关管理制度和提高财务人员的素质等相应的对策。
At a time of rapid economic development, our institutions are advancing with the times and starting reforms to meet the needs of economic development. However, the reform of public institutions still encounters various difficulties. This is caused by the present environment and also has its own reasons. Financial management is part of the problem. Based on the analysis of the current situation of financial management in public institutions, from the problems found in the financial management of the public institutions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as the urgent need to improve relevant management system and improve the quality of financial staff.
