李慎明撰文指出,十六大报告是中国共产党人理论创新的典范,其中有许多重大理论创新及新的提法,同时也提出了许多值得我们深入研究的重大理论和实践问题。我们至少可以从以下九个方面来理解十六大报告所提出的重大理论创新及新的提法,同时,我认为,这九个方面也是为我们哲学社会科学理论工作者在当前和今后相当长一段时期内提出的必须回答的重大理论和实践问题。
