文章首次将LMDI分解法引入土地治理项目与农业经济增长之间动态驱动关系的研究,构建第一产业GDP总量分解模型,把云南省第一产业GDP变动总效应分解为土地治理项目财政投资效应、地区结构效应和效率效应,并由此对2003-2010年云南省16个地区的第一产业GDP与土地治理项目财政投入的关系进行了实证分析。分析结果给出了进一步优化云南省土地治理项目投入,实现农业经济科学合理增长的政策建议。
This paper introduces for the first time the introduction of LMDI decomposition into the dynamic relationship between land governance projects and agricultural economic growth, constructs the decomposition model of total GDP of the primary industry, decomposes the gross effect of GDP change of the primary industry of Yunnan Province into the fiscal investment effect of land management projects , The regional structure effect and the efficiency effect, and then makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between the GDP of primary industry and the financial investment in land-treatment projects in 16 regions of Yunnan Province from 2003 to 2010. In addition, The results of the analysis give the policy suggestions for further optimizing the input of land management projects in Yunnan Province and realizing the scientific and reasonable growth of agricultural economy.
