近年来,我国医院在发展中,需要面对更加激烈的市场竞争,因此如何加强自身的内部管理能力,从而提升自身的综合竞争力至关重要。在医院管理工作中,一个重要的内容就是统计工作,此项工作可以对医院各个环节的运行进行有效的归纳和整理,促使医院在运行中能够不断提升自身服务质量。在这种情况下,本文从服务视角下医院统计信息管理体系建设中的缺陷入手,并有针对性的提出了医院统计信息管理体系建设的措施,希望为我国医院服务质量的提升起到促进作用。
