“就医难”已成为当今社会亟需解决的一大民生问题。卫生部为改变患者就医环境,在全国公立医院全面实行实名制预约诊疗服务的便民措施,在一定程度上缓解了群众就医困难的矛盾。本文旨在分析开展门诊预约就诊过程中的种种制约因素,以期找出应对策略,保证预约挂号的良性发展,更好地服务社会。
“Difficulty finding a medical treatment ” has become a major livelihood issue urgently needed to be solved in today’s society. In order to change the environment of medical treatment for the patients, the Ministry of Health has fully implemented the real-name appointments and consultation services in the public hospitals in the country and has, to some extent, eased the contradictions of the masses in seeking medical treatment. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the various constraints in the outpatient appointment process in order to find coping strategies, to ensure the healthy development of appointment registration, and to better serve the community.
