一、我们的现状学业评价与考试改革是国家基础教育课程改革中的一个重要组成部分,现行的期末考试仍存在过分强调“甄别”和“选拔”功能,忽视改进与激励功能;过分关注结果而忽视过程;考试内容以知识和技能为主,忽视综合与创新;考试形式主要是纸笔测验,忽视对实践和探究能力的考察;考试结果的反馈不注意保护学生的自尊心,有时挫伤了学生学习的积极性等一些不符合素质教育的要求,不利于发现学生的进步与不足,不利于学生的全面发展。尽管近些年,我们提倡学校多元评价但更多的实质性推进并不尽
