为了能有效地控制板坯连铸坯的内部质量,阐述了一种热跟踪模型和动态辊缝实施模型。经过大量的过射钉试验和铸坯低倍试验表明,模型的理论计算值和实际测量值趋于一致,能明显提高铸坯内部质量。该系统工业化投产以来,系统运行稳定,显著地改善了产品内部质量。
In order to effectively control the internal quality of slab continuous casting slab, a thermal tracking model and dynamic roll gap implementation model are described. After a large number of cross-nailing tests and slab low magnification tests show that the model theoretical values and the actual measured values tend to be consistent, can significantly improve the internal quality of the slab.
