反思新课改下英语课的误区 提高课堂效率

崆峒区初中英语新课改进行三年多了,作为一线的课改老师,我深刻地体会到新课改给师生带来了巨大的变化,如教师比以往更加好学了;师生间的关系更加密切了;学生的思维更加活跃了;自主、合作、探究的学习方式在课堂上得到越来越多的普及和推广……但英语新课改也给我们带来了一些困惑,如拔尖的学生在听、说、读、写等各方面的水平都较以前同级的学生高出许多,但差生所占的比例也比以往高出许多,学生的分化从初一就开始凸显;学生水平高低差距大,使教师在授课中难以兼顾,增大了授课的难度。回顾这三年自己的实际教学及本地区的实际情况与特点,我们反思以下几个方面: As a first-line teacher of curriculum reform, I learned profoundly that the new curriculum reform has brought about tremendous changes to teachers and students. The gap between the level of students is large, making it difficult for teachers to take into account the teaching, increasing the difficulty of teaching.
