目的:研究刺人参叶的化学成分。方法:采用了各种层析分离技术,分得单体,经理化常数和光谱解析确定结构。结果:从刺人参叶中分得两种皂苷,其结构分别鉴定为常春藤皂苷配基-28-氧-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(A);3-表白桦脂酸-28-氧-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(B)。结论:这两种皂苷均为首次从刺人参叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the thorn ginseng leaf. METHODS: Various chromatographic separation techniques were used to separate monomers, managerial constants, and spectrally resolved structures. RESULTS: Two kinds of saponins were obtained from the leaves of T. ginseng. Their structures were identified as sapogenin-28-oxo-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-D-pyran. Glucose-based (1→6)-β-D glucopyranoside (A); 3-epi-betolinic acid-28-oxo-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-D- Glucopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (B). Conclusion: These two saponins were isolated from the ginseng leaf for the first time.
