实现城乡幼儿园教师均衡配置是构建覆盖城乡有质量的学前教育公共服务体系的关键。本文在总结国外师资配置均衡发展的基础上,对国内幼教师资配置研究进行综述,并指出未来进一步研究方向。
To achieve a balanced allocation of teachers in urban and rural kindergartens is the key to building a public service system covering the quality of preschool education in urban and rural areas. On the basis of summarizing the balanced development of foreign teachers’ allocation, this paper summarizes the research on the allocation of domestic kindergarten teachers and points out the direction of further research in the future.
