教师队伍建设是当前课程改革的重要任务,而改革教研方式是完成此项任务的主要途径之一。本文介绍了江苏省东海县在新课程理念下,通过改革教研方式提高英语教学整体水平的成功经验和做法。
The construction of teacher ranks is an important task of the current curriculum reform, and the reform of teaching and research methods is one of the main ways to accomplish this task. This article introduces the successful experience and practice of Donghai County in Jiangsu Province under the guidance of the new curriculum concept and through reforming the teaching and research methods to improve the overall English teaching.
