本文根据全面质量管理的基本思想、原则和方法,结合中国推行TQC的创造性实践、探索与尝试,借鉴亚洲及世界各国的成功经验,大胆提出了建立TQC理论体系的初步构想,并设计和绘制了全面质量管理逻辑体系图表。全面质量管理逻辑体系图表对TQC的总体结构,依其内在规律和主要内容,运用系统论、逻辑学原理,本着由浅入深、从粗到细、先综述后分述的思路,按六个梯次逐步展开,层层递进,力图把冗长繁杂的论著表格化,将深奥抽象的原理通俗化,使人看起来一目了然,读起来方便记忆,做起来有表可循、简单易行。图表采取阶梯形式绘制,第一梯次是全面质量管理总的结构体系,第二梯次为科学思想、内容结构、方法手段、组织推行四个分体系,第三梯次是对各个分体系进行的粗线条分类,第四梯次是各类内容的延伸,第五梯次是相应观点和内容的说明,第六梯次是对有关问题的注解和补充。

The third echelon is the thick line classification for each sub-system , The fourth echelon is an extension of various types of content, the fifth echelon is the corresponding point of view and content of the description, the sixth echelon is the annotation and complement the relevant issues.
