According to Vickers, a Trecnic H150 blood heater was developed to address the problem of blood warming during continuous, rapid blood transfusions in surgery. This heater uses the dry heat method to heat the blood, the blood flows through the mezzanine of the special plastic bag between the two heating plates, and can be directly input into the body after being heated by the heater.
