在法学教育改革背景下,在着力于提高法学专业学生实践解决问题能力的目标驱动下,现代法学教育更注重法学实践教学模式的创新。而法律诊所正是实现上述目的的最为有利的法学实践教学模式。通过国外与国内法律诊所教育模式的对比,指出我国法律诊所教育模式需解决的问题,并为高校法律诊所教育模式的构建及其发展提出对策。
Under the background of legal education reform, driven by the goal of improving the ability of law students to solve problems, modern law education pays more attention to the innovation of law practice teaching mode. The legal clinic is the most beneficial legal practice teaching mode to achieve the above purpose. Through the comparison of the educational models of legal clinics both in foreign countries and in China, the author points out the problems to be solved in the educational model of legal clinics in our country and puts forward countermeasures for the construction and development of legal clinics in colleges and universities.
