里能集团的持续、健康、高速发展,是在上级党委及有关部门的正确领导和大力支持下,抢抓机遇、专注发展的结果,也是我们认真贯彻党的“一个中心,两个基本点”基本路线,正确把握定位,艰苦奋斗、开拓创新的结果。靠观念创新开创发展新局面里能集团在实践中坚持的主要思想观念有六条,一是发展才是硬道理的观念;二是大胆实践,不争论的观念;三是市场导向观念;四是与时俱进,勇于改革的观念;五是做大事业的观念;六是重点把握好“政策、法律、体制、机制、规律、创新”十二个字的观念。我们坚持把这些观念融入到发展战略制定和企业管理实践之中,发挥了把关定向,坚定信念,拓宽思路的重要作用。
