一、概述根据国家计委节能局、江苏省科委下达的《关于盐城市沿海滩涂风能利用示范试验及风力机具的研制》科研项目的要求,经对各种风力提水机具的分析,我们研制成适合沿海滩涂2～4米提水扬程的SC-140型链式水车。
