In order to clarify the mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (OGT) on the prolongation of the sleep duration in mice with Hyssobitine-approved mice, the authors compared the use of OGT with DZP or flumazenil (FLN) to Hemberbital. The effect of the duration of the mice’s sleep was explored. Six weeks old ddY male mice were used. The OGT was lyophilized and freeze-dried.
