目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清自由基的变化及依达拉奉的治疗作用。方法选择发病后24 h内入院的急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为对照组与依达拉奉治疗组,每组40例,分别于入院时及入院后3、7、10和14 d用化学比色法测定血清中SOD和MDA含量变化;于治疗后1个月利用Barthe指数量表对日常生活能力(ADL)进行评定,利用中国卒中量表(CSS)对神经功能缺损进行评定。结果急性脑梗死患者有血清自由基的变化,表现为SOD的降低和MDA的升高,以梗死后3~7 d最明显,14 d时基本正常,依达拉奉治疗后3、7和10 d血清中SOD较对照组升高,MDA较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组ADL和CSS相比,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可以提高急性脑梗死患者的日常生活能力和改善神经功能缺损,其作用机制可能通过清除自由基抑制脂质过氧化发挥作用。
Objective To observe the change of serum free radical in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the therapeutic effect of edaravone. Methods Eighty patients admitted to hospital within 24 hours after onset were randomly divided into control group and edaravone treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The patients were admitted to hospital at 3, 7, 10 and 14 days after admission The contents of SOD and MDA in serum were measured by chemical colorimetric method. The ADL was assessed by Barthe index one month after treatment and the neurological deficit was assessed by using China Stroke Scale (CSS). Results Serum free radical changes in patients with acute cerebral infarction showed the decrease of SOD and the increase of MDA, which were most obvious on the 3rd to 7th days after infarction and were basically normal on the 14th day. After 3, 7 and 10 days of edaravone treatment d serum SOD increased compared with the control group, MDA decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The differences between the two groups of ADL and CSS were also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can improve daily living ability and improve neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Its mechanism may be through the inhibition of free radicals to inhibit lipid peroxidation.
