技术人才在IT企业中发挥着重要作用,企业要有所发展,在很大程度上要依靠技术人才不断更新专业知识和技能,将其充分发挥出来。因此,如何有效开发技术人才,帮助其快速成长,以推进企业的发展,已成为IT企业关注的一大焦点。本文以当当网为例,总结出当当网在技术人才开发方面的成功经验,并提出当当网的成功经验对其他IT企业技术人才开发工作的借鉴
Technical personnel play an important role in IT companies, enterprises should be developed, to a large extent rely on technical personnel to constantly update their professional knowledge and skills, to give full play to it. Therefore, how to effectively develop technical personnel to help their rapid growth in order to promote the development of enterprises has become a major focus of IT companies. This article takes Dangdang as an example, summarizes the successful experience of Dangdang in the development of technical personnel and puts forward the successful experience of Dangdang to learn from the technical personnel of other IT enterprises.
